Customer Problem

Entertainment fans faced major usability issues due to a lack of mobile-responsive design. Many struggled with a desktop-only interface on their mobile devices, making it hard to use essential features. Specifically, creating and managing lists was cumbersome and only accessible through a profile page, limiting mobile engagement and detracting from the overall user experience.

Ninety days after launching the redesigned charts, we saw a 54% increase in user engagement with list items, a 32% increase in 'add to list' activities, and a 29% increase in list creation activities.
